Scott Hawley

Scott W. Hawley is the Managing Director for Kaplan Residential Atlanta. He is responsible for executing the strategy of the firm and supporting its leadership team. Prior to joining Kaplan Residential, Scott W. Hawley was responsible for the execution of Greystar's client facing strategy in the Southeast where he supported the development and acquisition efforts of 70+ clients. In aggregate, these clients owned 52,000 apartments operated by Greystar's Southeast Region valued in excess of $8 Billion. Prior to joining Greystar, Mr. Hawley was the Executive Sales Director for National Accounts at CoreLogic SafeRent. He holds an MBA from Emory University, and he completed the University of Pennsylvania’s Dual Degree Program, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations from the College of Arts and Sciences. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Hawley spent four years on active duty in the United States Army as a platoon leader and a logistics officer. He is the co-author of Museums of Atlanta (Westholme Publishing 2006), and he has climbed all 54 of the 14,000 foot mountains in Colorado.
