Call to Action: Tort Reform

Apartment properties are being denied insurance coverage at an alarming rate. If coverage can be secured, the premiums are higher than other states, with annual cost increases far surpassing other operating expenses and inflation.

As a Georgia Apartment Association affiliate, AAA is requesting our members complete the below form supporting Governor Kemp’s legislation to get lawsuits under control, and we're asking all of our members to email their legislators to do the same.
