About AAA
The Atlanta Apartment Association (AAA) is the multifamily housing trade association for the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Founded in 1975, AAA is one of the largest local apartment associations in the country and an affiliate of the Georgia Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. Currently, AAA represents over 350 companies managing 500,000+ apartment homes and over 800 businesses that provide products and services to the industry.
Our Mission
The AAA Mission is to support its members through legislative and industry representation, education programs, information, networking, and community relations.
Who We Are
Representing an industry that provides homes to 1.9 million Georgians, our members directly employ more than 7000 Georgians, and the businesses that support the industry provide more than 470,000 jobs. Our members contribute more than $7.3 billion in taxes and other revenue for local governments, and every 100 new apartment homes developed generates an additional $1,600,000 in taxes and an additional 250 local jobs.
The Atlanta Apartment Association conducts cutting-edge educational and training programs, guides our industry in the legislative arena, and encourages meaningful partnerships with the community. The dedicated members of the AAA hold the largest food drive in the state and one of the largest in the nation, contributing enough cash and food for over 6 million meals in 2020 alone.
Apartments are no longer just for people who cannot afford to own. Today's apartment residents are just as likely to be established and affluent families, families looking for shorter commutes, convenience, access to amenities and entertainment, and financial freedom.
Atlanta Apartment Association members have an unwavering commitment to affordable and enjoyable apartment and are a vital part of the growth of the multifamily industry!
