The NAAEI credential program is a highly effective and comprehensive training program that is specifically designed to elevate the skills and abilities of on-site property management professionals. With a focus on providing the highest standard of training, this program aims to equip individuals with the necessary knowledge and expertise to excel in their roles and significantly impact the success of the properties they manage. By participating in this program, professionals can gain a deeper understanding of the industry, learn best practices, and acquire valuable skills to improve resident retention, increase employee productivity, and create a better-managed and more profitable asset.

  • CAM candidates must complete the following requirements to earn the CAM credential. Candidates must complete the coursework and exam within 12 months of declaring candidacy.

    • Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience (can be obtained during the candidacy period for CAM)
    • Successful completion of CAM coursework, eight modules (40 hours)
    • Receiving a passing grade on the CAM online comprehensive exam

Designation Course Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing 14 days prior to the course date to receive a full refund. Cancellations received within the 14-day grace period will incur a non-refundable, non-transferable fee up to $500. Substitutions welcome. No-shows will be billed at full price.
