This program is designed both as an introduction for new maintenance professionals and as a refresher for the veteran employee, to give these professionals the knowledge and tools necessary to run an effective maintenance program.

The non-technical Soft Skills course consists of online learning, including practice scenarios and six technical courses in classroom training.

Prerequisite: 

Must have one year of apartment maintenance experience before being eligible to receive the certificate.(The course can be attended while gaining the experience requirement)

Completion Requires Six courses, plus online content, and meet all examination requirements within 6 months of declaring candidacy.

Renewal: This is a lifetime credential. Includes: 1-year AIME (Apartment Institute of Maintenance Excellence) Membership: 5 hours of continuing education + annual renewal fee
