Budgeting Expections for 2023
Annual Membership Dues, Events Registration, Educational Courses, and Sponsorship Opportunities
Membership Dues
Membership Renewals are sent mid-October and are due at the beginning of the year.
Prices listed below are 2022 rates and are subject to change for 2023.
Owner/Manager and Community Members*
Owner/Manager and Community membership dues are calculated based on the number of units they represent in the metro Atlanta area. Owner/Manager Dues are calculated on a sliding scale:
- $175 = 100 units or less
- $320 = 101 - 300 units
- $610 = 300+ units
Community Dues are solely based on the number of units in their community.
- $1.75 per unit
*Owner/Manager dues and Community dues are two separate payments; Owner/Manager dues must be paid for their associated communities to receive member benefits.
Associate Members
Associate Member dues are $455 per company (+ a $50 one-time processing fee when joining)
Events Registration
Event registration prices are subject to change, below prices are estimates for budgeting purposes
- Dinner Meeting (January 26)
- $82 - Early Bird Pricing
- $92 - General Dinner Meeting Pricing
- Reverse Trade Show (July 27)
- Owner/Manager Member - Free to exhibit
- Associate Member - registration includes 2 tickets to attend
- $500 - Early Bird
- $750 - General Admission Pricing
- $1,000 - Onsite Registration
- Maintenance Mania (March 8) - Company must sponsor or compete to attend
- $70 - Competitor
- $45 - Spectator Early Bird
- $65 - Spectator General Pricing
- Trade Show (April 12)
- Associate Members - Booths starting at $1,300 for a 10 X 10 Booth. Only associate members of the Atlanta Apartment Association can exhibit and associate members must exhibit to attend. Secure your booth here.
- Owner/Manager Members - All Owner/Managers can attend for FREE with preregistration, $25/person for onsite registration
- Golf Classic (May 8) - Company must sponsor or register a foursome to attend
- $1,750 - Foursome (no onsite registration permitted, must pre-register)
- Peggy Waskom Super Bowl (July 13) - Company must sponsor to compete and attend
- Sponsorships range from $350 - $5,000
- Owner/Manager members can bowl for free
- Field Day - Must sponsor or enter a team to attend
- $1,200 - team of 10 plus 2 free spectators
- $75 - Addtional Spectator ($85 for onsite registration)
- Top sponsor levels include a team
- Food-A-Thon
- Free to attend
- Limited people from each company based on member type, see site for details

Please note that first-right-of-refusal is offered for sponsorships at many of our events. Sponsorship opportunities typically open up about 3 months prior to the event date.
